Aujourd’hui, J’ai l’intention d’écrire un article en anglais.
These two weeks are the English weeks for me. Because my French school is out for spring vacation now.
To tell the truth, in this vacation, I have to take English lessons as many as possible because I skipped a lot of lessons last three months. Otherwise I will not able to take all the lessons in term…
That’s my excuse I ‘m writing an article in English now^^
I went the Japan patent office for take an interview.
In Japan (or in many countries), to take out a patent, the application has to be examined.
If an examiner refuses our application, it should be informed us as an office action.
We can modify to narrow down our claims and try again. But it usually has only one chance.
So we also able to take an interview by the examiner and arbitrate between the two.
In today’s interview, the examiner seemed to understand our opinion…what a relief!
By the way, do you know this Japanese famous tongue twister about the patent office?
If it’s first time to you see it, let’s try!
Tokyo tokkyo kyokakyoku (東京特許許可局:Le bureau des brevet à Tokyo)
Could you pronounce it well?(^-^)
But We say the Japan patent office in Japanese,Tokkyocyo(特許庁)
Please be careful!
